This Privacy Policy explains how inTENNtional Social Scheduler (the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when an authorized creator uses the App to prepare, review, schedule, upload, or publish original short-form content.
Information we collect and process
- Account and authorization information: information supplied by TikTok or another connected platform after you authorize access, such as your display name, profile identifier, avatar, authorization status, and access token.
- Content and scheduling information: videos you choose to upload, captions, hashtags, privacy or interaction settings, scheduled dates and times, creator approvals, and publishing status.
- Technical and service information: browser and device information, timestamps, error and delivery records, security events, and information required to diagnose problems and confirm publication.
- Communications: information you voluntarily provide when requesting support, access, correction, or deletion.
How we use information
We use information only to operate and secure the App, authenticate and display the connected creator account, prepare and schedule creator-selected content, submit content only after explicit creator approval, confirm processing and publishing status, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use connected-platform data for unrelated advertising.
TikTok data and permissions
The App accesses TikTok information only after authorization and only for the permissions shown on TikTok’s consent screen. These permissions may include reading basic profile information, uploading a video as a draft, and directly publishing a creator-approved video. The App does not publish content until the creator reviews and authorizes the specific media, caption, settings, and schedule. You may revoke access through your TikTok settings.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only with the connected platform when needed to perform an action you approved, with infrastructure or security providers that help us operate the App under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law. We do not permit service providers to use your information for their own independent marketing.
Storage, security, and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in jurisdictions where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, confirm publishing, maintain security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account information, uploaded content, and associated scheduler records. We may retain limited records where required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. You may also disconnect TikTok at any time through TikTok’s settings. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
Children
inTENNtional Social Scheduler is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law and the connected platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, platform requirements, or applicable laws change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
