Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of inTENNtional Social Scheduler (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility and authority
You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements of TikTok and applicable law. You represent that you control, or are authorized to act for, every account you connect and every item of content you submit.
Account authorization
The App may use TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API to identify an authorized creator, upload content as a draft, or directly publish approved content. You control the connected account and may revoke authorization through TikTok. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Creator approval and publishing
The App requires explicit creator review and approval before a post is submitted. You control the selected media, caption, hashtags, privacy and interaction settings, account, and schedule. Platform processing, moderation, availability, and final publication remain subject to TikTok’s systems and rules.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the App and complete actions you authorize. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions required for the content, audio, images, text, and other materials you submit.
Creator responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, captions, disclosures, posting choices, and compliance with TikTok’s terms, community guidelines, intellectual-property rules, advertising policies, and all applicable laws.
Prohibited use
You may not use the App to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized content; impersonate another person; distribute malware; interfere with the App or connected platforms; attempt unauthorized access; evade platform safeguards; create spam or deceptive engagement; scrape data unlawfully; or use the App in a way that violates TikTok’s rules or applicable law.
Third-party platforms
TikTok and other connected services are independent third parties. Their terms, policies, reviews, outages, restrictions, and API changes may affect the App. We do not control or guarantee a third party’s availability, moderation decision, processing time, or continued approval of an integration.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the App, connected platforms, or legal compliance, including suspected unauthorized use or a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and revoke connected-platform access at any time.
Disclaimers
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free scheduling, platform acceptance, reach, engagement, or publication at an exact time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, inTENNtional Social Scheduler and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost content, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platform decisions or outages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, platform requirements, or applicable laws change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
